#Education & Job Requirements
*High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
*A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an Aircraft Technician, including MRO, heavy maintenance, or CRJ airframe experience.
*Military aircraft maintenance experience, including Depot, Isochronal, or Phase inspections, if formerly in the military.
*FAA Airframe and Powerplant license or FAA Airframe license.
*A personal set of tools.
*The ability to effectively communicate aircraft maintenance actions in English, both verbally and in writing.
*The ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

#Job Duties & Functions
*Heavy maintenance, including C-checks, on various regional jet airframes.
*Compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
*All assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner.
*Inspection and repair of aircraft in accordance with FAA or other applicable regulatory requirements.
*Maintenance blueprints, manuals, and technical documentation to support troubleshooting and repairs.
*General mechanical and electrical maintenance and complex repairs on aircraft structures and systems.
*Troubleshooting, installations, removals, and inspections on aircraft systems and components.
*Completion of tasks within allotted time frames while meeting regulatory and company standards.
*Ground support equipment operation as required.
