Position: Registered Nurse Freestanding Emergency Room
Duration: Full time
Location: McAllen, TX 78503
Pay Rate: $28.94 - 43.41/hr
Shift: Days: 7a-7p and Nights: 7p-7a

- Someone who has previous FSED experience . At least 6 months of recent ED experience
- Candidates have to understand the difference in resource availability between a main ED and an FSED. Must be a team player and willingly to help out with every patient.
- Must be an experienced RN who is comfortable with triage, coordinating transfers out, STEMI, Sepsis, Stroke, and Trauma patients.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Registered Nurse Bachelors Degree, or Associate Degree
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course, or PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, or CPR, or CPR for Healthcare Providers, or Heart Saver CPR must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
