Required Skills:

7 Years of experience in broad, extensive and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools.

a. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been as a senior PM of one or more large or complex IT projects.

Possession of a bachelor's degree (Provide copy of bachelor's degree).

Possession of a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) (Provide a copy of valid certification).

Minimum of five (5) years of experience utilizing various project management methodologies, planning processes, and matrix-managing a multi-disciplinary team.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience leading projects that meet all of the following:

a. used Agile SDLC,

b. were ServiceNow implementation, AND

c. used JIRA tool.

Minimum of two (2) projects - Two (2) Agile projects in which they were the primary person responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement for the project.

Each project must include all of the following:

1 Responsible for the creation and maintenance of product plans and roadmaps for the project.

2 Served as the primary point of contact for the project.

3 Project reporting using JIRA tool for creating and maintaining a detailed project plan and reporting.

4 Projects must have been completed using cloud infrastructure.

Minimum of four (4) years of experience working with state and local agencies.
