We are in search of a professional to serve as the Controller for our California Buildings district located in Glendale, CA to assist the Manager, Finance and Commercial Risk in a high growth district within PCL Construction's commercial construction division.

The Controller is accountable for partnership with the Manager Finance and Commercial Risk to lead all financial accounting and administration functions for the district. This role contributes to the overall success of the District by effectively analyzing, communication, and managing the risk profile of the business.

Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Relationships

• Mentor and coach direct and indirect reports, which may include accounting manager, accountants, administrative assistants, and payroll.
• Partner with Manager Finance and Commercial Risk and operations staff on district strategy to achieve financial and strategic priorities.
• Provide the District with financial and commercial risk training.

The salary range for this position is between $135,000 to $165,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
