Position Overview: Communiboost We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Office Representative to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment. Your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. Salary Range: $16.50 - $26.00 hourly Location: Akron, OH

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, route calls to appropriate personnel, and maintain phone systems.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and manage the calendar of the office.
• Handle correspondence, including emails and mail, ensuring timely responses.
• Maintain a clean and organized front office and reception area.
• Assist with managing and sorting incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
• Proven experience as a front office representative or similar role in a professional environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation.
• Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
