Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles across Engineering, Product, QA, and IT
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring goals, role requirements, and timelines
Source, screen, and evaluate technical candidates, making thoughtful recommendations aligned with business needs
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using a variety of sourcing strategies
Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and guide hiring teams through feedback and decision-making
Ensure a positive, transparent experience for candidates and hiring teams through clear expectations and consistent communication
Track and maintain accurate recruiting data, including pipeline activity and time-to-fill metrics
Contribute to improving recruiting processes and best practices as the organization grows
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruiting for technical or IT roles in an in-house or agency environment
Strong interest in and ability to understand technical concepts, tools, and roles
Confidence communicating with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners
Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Workable, Ashby, or LinkedIn Recruiter
