Key Responsibilities
Lead and shape compensation programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business goals
Partner with various teams to provide expert guidance on compensation strategies and program design
Conduct global market analyses to assess competitive positioning and evaluate program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or equivalent experience
6-10 years of experience in compensation, including program design and business advising
Strong project management skills with advanced expertise in MS Excel for data analysis
Experience with international compensation is preferred
Ability to work autonomously in a matrixed environment and influence various stakeholders
