HCC Coding Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, HCC Risk Adjustment Coding - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day team performance and conduct performance assessments

Monitor and report on quality, productivity, and provide coaching to team members

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and manage special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

AHIMA (RHIA, RHIT, CCS) or AAPC (CPC, CPC-H, COC, CIC, CRC) certified credentials

Extensive knowledge of ICD-9 / 10 and familiarity with HCC coding

Minimum of 2 years coding experience

Experience managing a team of employees

Strong knowledge of medical terminology and disease processes
