Senior Game Designer

A company is looking for a Senior Game Designer - Combat.

Key Responsibilities

Own the combat framework by defining and evolving core combat rules, stats, damage formulas, scaling, and resolution systems

Design character kits with distinct, scalable abilities and roles that support squad-building depth and long-term expansion

Develop systemic interactions to build and maintain elemental systems, synergies, and combat mechanics that create meaningful strategic choices

Required Qualifications

5+ years of game design experience, including ownership of combat systems on at least one shipped RPG, strategy, or character collection title

Strong combat systems knowledge with an understanding of combat mechanics, scaling models, and stat systems

Mobile F2P experience, ideally in live ops environments

Meta design experience contributing to or shaping a long-term combat meta

Analytical and tooling proficiency, including strong skills in Google Sheets and experience working in Unity
