Fleet Manager

A company is looking for a Field Manager to lead a team of technicians in fleet service programs and ensure overall client support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage technician hiring, training, performance management, and maintenance programs

Review status reports on fleet performance, repairs, and safety metrics

Implement and monitor all fleet maintenance activities and provide hands-on assistance as needed

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of experience leading Fleet Maintenance teams

7+ years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair as a heavy-duty technician

Experience in creating standardized operating procedures and streamlining processes

High school diploma required

Specialized understanding of maintenance procedures and industry regulations (e.g., EPA, DOT, OSHA)
