Expanded Learning Program Leader

Job Summary :

• Under the guidance of the Expanded Learning Program Advisor and direct supervision of the Assistant Superintendent Student Services & Interventions or Designee, the Expanded Learning Program Leader coordinates and facilitates academic and enrichment activities that support student learning and development.

The role focuses on providing a safe, nurturing, and high-quality after-school program that fosters academic success, social-emotional growth, and physical well-being for students in grades TK-12.    Essential functions of this position :

Provides input to improve program strategies and student outcomes.  Administrative Support Tracks and maintains accurate program records, including attendance, student progress, snacks, and fees, if applicable.  Assists with scheduling, facility setup, and other operational needs.  Uses technology and computer applications effectively for documentation and reporting.   Education and Experience  Minimum Qualifications  High school diploma or GED required.  Desired Qualifications AA degree or verifiable two years post-secondary education advanced education / coursework.  One year experience in providing various methods of instruction, including direct instruction in an education environment.  Conditions of employment :
