Base pay range

$19.00 / hr - $21.00 / hr

Contract : 12 months (potential for extension or permanent hire)

A large financial services company is looking for a IT Service Desk Agent to provide top-notch technical support. You'll be the first point of contact for IT issues, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Answer IT support calls and resolve issues quickly
  • Provide excellent customer service with active listening and empathy
  • Use a knowledge base and ticketing system to track and solve problems
  • Communicate clearly via phone, chat, and documentation
  • Collaborate with teams and follow company policies

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED (plus relevant work experience)
  • 2-5 years of chat support experience in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong problem-solving skills & self-motivation
  • Ability to troubleshoot software & hardware issues
