What You’ll Do

• Create a warm, engaging classroom where children feel safe, inspired, and excited to learn
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® tailored to Preschoolers
• Foster emotional and academic growth through play-based learning and a growth mindset
• Build strong relationships with families, sharing milestones and magical moments
• Collaborate with center leadership to support enrollment and engagement goals
• Be a joyful teammate, bringing creativity, care, and connection to every interaction
• Design thoughtful lesson plans that reflect your passion and expertise

What We’re Looking For

• A heart full of love for children and a deep belief in the power of early education
• An Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred, not required)
• A commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and joyful learning environment
