Graveyard Cashier & Barista

The Graveyard Cashier & Barista is responsible for creating a positive guest experience by greeting guests, completing their beverage or food orders and efficient cash handling.

Duties:

• Sincerely greet and thank each guest.
• Inform guests of hours/days of operation, all coupons and specials.
• Take guests’ orders efficiently, answering questions and offering suggestions.
• Make various simple food items such as sandwiches.
• Create various coffee beverages, smoothies, and teas.
• Accurate use of the POS system to close checks using a variety of payment methods.
• Balance a bank with a high level of accuracy.
• Complete all side work requirements.
• Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe and comfortable environment for our guests and team members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year experience as a cashier or barista is preferred.
• Able to operate espresso machine, panini press, microwave, and toaster.
• Able to stand and walk continuously for 8 hrs. shift and repeatedly lift 15 lbs to chest.
• Must be available to work any day of the week on graveyard shift including Holidays.
• Must possess excellent customer service, communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
