You will oversee the full product lifecyclefrom ideation to launch and ongoing optimizationensuring offerings remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. The position requires deep industry knowledge, analytical acumen, and hands-on leadership to influence cross-functional teams. You will manage and mentor a team of product managers and specialists, guiding innovation and accountability while collaborating closely with marketing, underwriting, regulatory, IT, sales, and operations teams. This is a fast-paced role demanding immediate impact, a focus on profitability, and proactive decision-making in a dynamic environment.

Accountabilities :

Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Product Managers and Specialists to drive innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, design, launch, and optimization.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, underwriting, regulatory, IT, sales, and operations to align product strategy with organizational goals.

Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations across all product offerings.

Develop business cases, financial analysis, and pricing strategies for new products and enhancements.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform product decisions.

Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and make strategic recommendations to optimize profitability.

Lead regulatory filings, product-related strategy, and industry representation when necessary.
