Position Overview

The Insurance Producer is responsible for generating new business, following up on cold/warm leads, and building strong relationships with clients. You'll help individuals families and business owners find the right coverage for their needs while contributing to our agency's continued success.

• Generate new personal/commercial business through outbound calls, referrals, and marketing leads.
• Provide insurance quotes and explain coverage options to clients.
• Build and maintain client relationships through consistent follow-up and excellent customer service.

• Active Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following a structured sales process.
• Tech-savvy and proficient with computers, CRM, and digital tools.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Growth - minded. must have positive, can-do attitude
