Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Tansitor is currently seeking applicants for an Process Engineer.

Job Location :

Vishay Tansitor is located in Bennington, VT and is the world’s number one manufacturer of wet tantalum and conformal-coated capacitors worldwide. Tansitor has approximately 100 employees between 3 shifts. Pay is $80,000-$95,000.

What you will be doing :

Develop, implement, and maintain efficient and effective manufacturing processes for Wet Tantalum capacitors.

Conduct process capability studies and implement process improvement initiatives.

Test and qualify new processes / raw materials.

Analyze process data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process-related issues and improve product quality.

Develop and implement process documentation and work instructions.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.

What you will bring along :

Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Materials science, Chemical or Electrical Engineering.

1-5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the electronics industry.

Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and lean manufacturing principles.

Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
