The Technology Solutions Department is actively seeking one Info Tech Analyst - Senior Software Developer.

The Senior Software Developer reports to the Applications Development Project Manager and is responsible for developing and maintaining mission critical applications in a fast-paced environment. This individual is required to work in a collaborative environment with various teams in ITD (I.e. BA / QA UI Server Infrastructure) and other developers and project managers. The primary function of this role will be to analyze design build and support in-house developed as well as COTS applications.

Examples of Work

• Analyzes designs develops configures and maintains applications and services by following standards and best practices.
• Installs configures updates and diagnoses hosted SaaS and On-Premise vendor applications (i.e. Oracle ERP Oracle CX / CRM etc.).
• Performs development using Agile and / or waterfall methodology.
• Prepares detailed technical specifications and system design documents.
• Identify and resolve gaps between requirements and technical design.
• Works closely with customers business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
• Ensures that solutions are aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organizations architectural standards.
• Provides technical direction to software and junior developers. Develops / configures applications for web and mobile environments.
