EHS Support is seeking a Director of Finance to support our internal operations team and lead our finance team. The successful candidate will be a tech savvy, creative problem solver. You will be responsible for the overall financial management of the company, leveraging the skills and career paths of the team, to drive efficient processes with a deep understanding of how we deliver projects to serve our clients.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all financial statements including monthly / quarterly / yearly financial statements, cash flow reports, budgets, and financial projections.
• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and maintenance of financial records.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash disbursements, and bank reconciliation functions (foreign and domestic).
• Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants.
• Leverage the use of the ERP system to promote efficiencies within the Finance department and interfaces with project accounting roles.
• Conduct meaningful and proactive variance analysis and reporting to improve key business decisions.
• Grow company value by ensuring efficient working capital, accurate reporting and forecasting, adherence to budgets, and tax strategies.
• Collaborate with Leadership team on financial projections, internal reporting and metrics, and operational efficiency to support growth.
