Job Responsibilities

  • Design Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patients' objectives and craft individualized therapy strategies to support their functional recovery

  • Collaborate with Diverse Teams : Build partnerships with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical staff, and nurses to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Guide Patients and Families : Offer education on therapeutic methods to empower continued growth outside of therapy sessions
  • Track Progress and Adapt Treatment : Monitor clinical progress and modify therapy plans as needed to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school
  • Dedication to continued professional development through additional certifications is encouraged and supported
  • Certifications

  • Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR / L) license
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
