Job Description :

  • The Multimedia Graphic & Instructional Designer is responsible for creating high-quality graphics, visual content, and instructional materials for digital and print media.
  • This role combines graphic design, industrial design, and instructional design to develop engaging training programs and marketing content.

Responsibilities :

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website graphics, brochures, and advertisements.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual and written content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for campaigns.
  • Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for marketing materials, including product descriptions, blog posts, and newsletters.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, multimedia, and content creation.
  • Create visually compelling and interactive training materials.
  • Produce videos from site footage showcasing real-world applications and scenarios.
  • Develop eLearning content and instructional programs for diverse learners.
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Use AI tools like Synthesis to create instructional videos.
  • Maintain proficiency in photography, videography, and aerial drone photography.
  • Create detailed and accurate 3D models and animations using 3DS MAX, INVENTOR, VRAY, or similar tools.

    • Required Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Design, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, video editing, and multimedia creation (Adobe After Effects preferred).
  • Skilled in 3D modeling, animation, and industrial design tools.
  • Experience in instructional design, eLearning creation, and adult learning principles.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for instructional content creation.
