About the Role

A growing real estate investment and development company is seeking a Closing Coordinator to support ongoing operations and planned growth. This role works closely with Project Managers and Operations leadership and interacts daily with internal teams, homebuilder partners, lenders, escrow, and title companies.

This is a highly visible position responsible for keeping real estate transactions organized, accurate, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

** Builder Lot Purchase Tracking**

• Track past and upcoming lot purchases across multiple communities
• Coordinate with builders to prepare and complete required closing documentation
• Serve as the primary point of contact with escrow, title, and builder partners to ensure timely closings

** Land Acquisition Closing Coordination**

• Support Project Managers with land acquisition closings
• Review settlement statements and closing documentation for accuracy
• Coordinate with title, escrow, and legal teams to gather required documents
• Prepare and organize closing packages for execution

** Development Draw Reconciliation**

• Partner with the Accounting team to review and reconcile land development draw submissions
• Ensure accuracy and alignment with internal budgets and tracking

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in homebuilding, land escrow, or real estate closings
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
