A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager with Contact Center experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a technical subject matter expert on the company's architecture and collaboration tools
Partner with the customer account team to enhance customer relationships
Manage technical feature requests and act as a trusted advisor to customers
Required Qualifications
3+ years in a client-facing technical role, preferably as a Technical Account Manager or Solutions / Sales Engineer
Understanding of IP Telephony, SIP / H323, and troubleshooting network issues
Experience with video conferencing and UC tools
Administration experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux
Familiarity with cloud CCaaS platforms and contact center technologies
