This vital role ensures that customer and wholesale orders are dispatched smoothly and on time, acting as a key liaison between our operations, warehouse teams, and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily and weekly shipping schedules in line with order volume, inventory status, and carrier capacities.
• Communicate shipping strategies and timelines effectively with warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics stakeholders.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of all customer and marketplace orders.
• Review and confirm shipping documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, and labels.
• Track and monitor shipments in transit, addressing any delays, damages, or discrepancies promptly.
• Work closely with inventory and procurement teams to synchronize shipping plans with stock levels and replenishment cycles.
• Maintain accurate shipping records within the company's ERP or order management system.
• Generate daily and weekly reports on shipping performance, carrier efficiency, and cost trends.
• Contribute to logistics and shipping process improvements to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate with courier partners and third-party logistics providers to resolve operational or billing issues.
