Surgery - General Physician

Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces, New Mexico, is seeking a General Surgeon to join our busy, well-established practice. The ideal candidate will provide the full range of general surgery services, including minimally invasive procedures, and enjoy working in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Position Details

• Join a collegial team of 3 experienced General Surgeons with strong APP support
• Busy, hospital-based practice with a diverse case mix and referral base
• Level III Trauma Center and major regional referral center for Southern New Mexico
• Access to two Da Vinci Xi robotic systems
• 11 state-of-the-art operating rooms with flexible block scheduling
• Shared ER call: 1:4
• Clinic conveniently located on the hospital campus
• Supported by a robust hospitalist program allowing focus on consultations and surgical care
• Strong administrative support from hospital leadership
• Teaching opportunities with the Family Medicine Residency and Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine
• Collaborate within a Comprehensive Cancer Center offering clinical trials and multidisciplinary care
