A prestigious Midtown NYC firm is seeking a Tax Director to join its Real Estate practice. This leadership role allows you to collaborate with team and firm leadership to grow the business, drive client relationships, and have a direct impact on both your and the firm’s success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and be a key member of an engagement team providing federal, state, and local tax compliance and consulting services to real estate clients
  • Develop and manage client relationships, providing expert guidance on tax and business matters
  • Deliver timely, professional, and accurate tax planning and savings opportunities for clients
  • Proactively identify additional consultative solutions and services to add value for clients
  • Collaborate with other tax consulting teams on state and local, high-net-worth, international, research and development, cost segregation, and other advisory services
  • Participate in business development and thought leadership activities

Qualifications :

  • 8+ years of experience in providing federal tax compliance and consulting services to real estate clients
  • CPA required
  • Strong expertise in federal, state, and local tax laws affecting real estate clients
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
  • Business development experience, with the ability to attract and retain clients

    • Compensation :

  • Competitive salary ranging from $220,000 to $250,000+, based on experience
