Key Responsibilities
Manage executive escalations and incident management by investigating and resolving customer concerns across multiple channels
Track escalation data and propose settlement agreements while managing multiple cases simultaneously
Draft written correspondence for escalated concerns and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience, or 2+ years in business analysis, research, or related fields
2+ years in business writing or Consumer Relations with customer escalation experience
ACA (Accredited Claims Adjuster's license) required within the first 90 days of hire
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other MS Office Applications
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and make sound judgments in resolving customer issues
