Senior Technical Writer

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to create and maintain user-friendly documentation for their medication management platform.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain a wide range of technical documentation, including user guides and API guides

Research and gather information from subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and clarity

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify documentation needs and prioritize projects

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field preferred

7+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the healthcare industry

Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices

Proficiency using various authoring tools and content management systems

Experience creating microlearning assets, such as short videos and tooltips
