What You'll Do & Why You'll Love It

• Become a Product Expert : Dive deep into the world of backyard bird feeding! You will rapidly learn about our full line of wonder bird feeding products , including our exclusive seed blends (like our no-mess mixes and high-quality specialty seeds), innovative feeders (such as the Advanced Pole System and squirrel-proof designs), EcoTough products made from recycled materials, and all the accessories that make backyard birding a joy.
• Drive Product Innovation : Be on the cutting edge of the hobby by contributing to the research, testing, and rollout of exciting new solutions. You'll contribute to the process of developing new bird feeding products and concepts that enhance the bird feeding experience for our customers and benefit local wild birds.
• Master the Product Data Universe : Take ownership of our core product information. This involves meticulous database management to compile and maintain comprehensive, accurate product and supplier information across our diverse systems.
• Lifecycle Management & Reporting : Develop and maintain a robust Product Sample Management System , enabling efficient tracking and inventory management throughout the product lifecycle. You'll also analyze sales data and reports to identify key trends, informing the Product Development team on future opportunities.
• Mission-Driven Work : Every day, you'll be part of a company whose mission is deeply rooted in conservation and education . Your work will directly support a passion-driven community of bird lovers and the success of our local franchise owners.
