The Product & Production Change Control Leader is responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS) while managing the integration of products and process changes across the manufacturing environment. This role combines governance of quality documentation, auditing, and training with strategic oversight of change implementation to ensure compliance, standardization, and continuous improvement.Position

Establish and maintain a robust Quality Management System to ensure compliance, standardization, and continuous improvement (50%)
Provide support to Business Quality Leader to improve Quality Management System driving improved quality, safety and reliability in products and processes (20%)
Manage and control the defining aspects of new model test setup (10%)
Coordinate CAPA & CAR system in Agile (10%)
Administer Quality Management System in Windchill (5%)
Coordinate Internal Audit System (5%)
