Material Handler

Job Summary :

The Material Handler will be responsible for transporting parts and materials throughout the facility utilizing a forklift or hand truck in a safe and efficient manner.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Move expensive / fragile parts as well as warehouse materials throughout the site.
• The ability to follow pre-determined routes for material movement.
• Manage crate and box inventory
• Deliver and manage scrap parts inventory
• Visually inspect repaired parts for handling damage and receive them per process
• Crate and box parts utilizing a foam machine, saw and other tools.
• Ability to pack / unpack crates, boxes, and pallets
• Maintain inventory of wooden and plastic pallets as well as various crates; store and stack them neatly, deliver as necessary.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
