A company is looking for a Due Diligence Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Review loan packages and underwriting guidelines to identify necessary documentation

Audit loans for salability and conduct final reviews for accuracy and completeness

Maintain communication with internal teams and handle exceptions during the review process

Required Qualifications

3 years of experience in Quality Control / Due Diligence / Secondary Market in banking or lending

Knowledge of compliance regulations and documentation applicable to mortgage lending

High technical aptitude with familiarity in tools like Slack, Zoom, GSuite, and Microsoft Office

Ability to meet production quality and service standards
