Kirlin Way Mechanicall is a family-owned and operated company with locations in H Raleigh, Charlotte, and Nashville - Kirlin Way Mechanical is a detailer, fabricator, and installer of HVAC sheet metal ducts. Kirlin works primarily on larger projects such as healthcare facilities, research labs, sports stadiums, hospitality, government, education, and many other vertical markets. We want to meet you if you have experience assembling, installing, and welding Pipe! Welders provide their own welding hood, but the company will provide any special PPE for special welding needs, welding gloves, and vests. We are seeking Pipe Welders with the following experience to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
  • Technically skilled welder with good attention to detail. Will weld galvanized, aluminum, black iron, 304 and 316 stainless steel with TIG & MIG procedures
  • Utilize and interpret blueprints to determine how and where to fabricate, assemble and install sheet metal ductwork.
  • Use hand and power tools to trim, buff, smooth, file, and grind metal surfaces and joints of parts that have been assembled to ensure safety and a seamless appearance.
  • Verify the appropriate type and gauge of sheet metal to be used in projects according to specifications.
  • Ensure safety is a priority on the job during all activities, including using tools and installing and welding ductwork.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must pass a drug screen, background, and physical.
  • Basic math skills
