Your Responsibilities - What You Will Do

• Conduct a variety of routine and advanced tests in the clinical laboratory including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, adhering to established guidelines.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory instrumentation.
• Assist with specimen gathering and ensure proper sample preparation for diagnostics.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all procedures, train new colleagues or students, and uphold stringent lab standards.
• Promote a clean and safe working environment while conforming to all regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Education Requirements

• Holding a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Licensure and Certification

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be achieved within one year of employment.
• Maintain valid certification throughout your tenure with us.
