Contact and follow up with incoming leads Run rental comparisons and market analysis Build, nurture, and maintain partnerships with Realtors and referral sources Close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets Active Arizona Real Estate License (required) 3-5 years of proven sales and business development experience (real estate industry preferred) Track record of hunting and closing new business Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Knowledge of local / regional real estate markets and trends Base salary + unlimited commission potential Paid time off (PTO)

Are you a go-getter, hunter, and closer looking to make an impact in real estate sales? Rosenbaum Realty Group is seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
An active Arizona Real Estate License is required. Please do not apply unless you currently hold one.
This role is focused on generating and closing new business accounts for property management across multiple markets. The right candidate thrives on building relationships, chasing opportunities, and closing deals. Youll need grit, resilience, and a passion for sales.
Compensation
- Base salary : $60,000 per year
- Uncapped commissions - your earning potential is in your hands
Travel
This position requires travel to Tucson, Prescott Valley, and surrounding areas , in addition to the Phoenix Valley.

Today, we manage over 500 units valley-wide , with a strong presence in Mesa, Phoenix, Tempe, Apache Junction, Tucson, and Prescott Valley.
