Position Purpose :

Support student learning in GIS, Computer Science, and other classes through one-on-one and group tutoring sessions, bolstering strategic learning habits, subject matter knowledge, and confidence.

This position works with the Academic and Tutoring Services Coordinator team and reports to the Director of Academic & Tutoring Services.

Physical Demands / Working Environment :

This position works indoors and is exposed to usual office working conditions that include office noises and interruptions, such as printers, telephones, and visitors. Work may require sitting for two (2) to three (3) hour periods, working in a variety of spaces (small conference spaces, large open spaces, computer labs, etc.) This position may work independently in the GIS or CIT lab for some evening or weekend hours.
