Salary : $11.00 / hr.
We are seeking a Beverage Server to join our team. As a Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties :
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions
- Handle cash transactions using a cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Assist with kitchen duties as needed
- Utilize OpenTable or Aloha POS system for reservations and order management
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or issues
