Join CDM Smith's Environmental Services Group as a Sediment Remediation Expert, where your expertise will aid in developing innovative solutions for contaminated sediment projects across the United States. We value your ability to work both independently and collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams, focusing on remediation efforts for various clients including federal and public sectors.

The ideal candidate will possess :

• Experience modeling contaminant transport through sediment caps.
• A solid understanding of computer-aided design (CAD) in remediation projects, complemented by basic geotechnical engineering knowledge.
• Ability to perform slope stability modeling and develop drawings for dredging and soil excavation projects.
• Competence in creating field sampling programs, analyzing data, and developing conceptual site models for understanding fate and transport processes.
• Knowledge of numerical and desktop model development and application.
• Experience evaluating sediment remediation technologies and collaborating with multiple stakeholders on remediation designs.

You will serve as the primary contact for complex sediment remediation tasks, demonstrating your capacity to assess issues, strategize solutions, and communicate effectively with clients.

Job Site Location : United States - Nationwide

Pay Range : $82,576 - $136,240, with discretionary bonuses based on performance.
