Physical Therapist - Home Health - Part-time

Job Type : Part-time

Schedule : Flexible up to 20 hours per week

Setting : Home Health Rehabilitation

Location : Accurate Home Care - Apple Valley MN

    • Qualifications :

  • Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in a health care setting; previous experience in home health preferred
  • Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
  • Ability to travel to patient homes within designated geographic area.
  • Valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance
  • Current CPR certification
