The Marketing and Proposal Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the development of high-quality proposals and responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, as well as coordinating and / or supporting Willdan with customer and promotional events including tradeshows, STEM and career education events, and other community engagement opportunities. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
