STS Technical Services is hiring an Electrical Project Manager to oversee multiple custom projects, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient scheduling. This role requires daily micro-management of several projects, coordinating across departments, and proactively addressing workflow changes to prevent bottlenecks.
We need a detail-oriented team player who thrives in fast-paced, high-demand environments. Our team typically works 45 to 65 hours per week, and we need someone who fits into this dynamic and can make a positive impact.
This role does not involve managing people—it is focused on managing processes. While there is no formal education requirement, we will ask questions to ensure candidates can perform the responsibilities outlined above.
