A company is looking for a Verifications Associate to support application processing and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate applicant information and supporting documentation for compliance and accuracy
Collaborate on training material and conduct audits of new hires' work to ensure adherence to standards
Maintain expert knowledge of AMCAS policies and procedures to support operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
Minimum Education : High School Diploma (Associates Degree preferred)
1 - 2 years of related work experience in a detail-oriented processing environment
Experience with customer service platforms and data management systems
Familiarity with AMCAS policies and procedures is strongly preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
