What you'll do:

A day in this role may include:

• Customer interaction: Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Sales support: Recite standard customer service greetings using an on-site electronic tablet and assist with executing sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.
• Site maintenance: Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational at all times.
• Workflow optimization: Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience.
• Safety & compliance: Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
• Operational support: Perform general housekeeping duties and monitor inventory levels to assist with restocking chemicals and supplies.

Requirements

• Age: At least 16 years of age.
• Education: Read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations (such as making change) at an eighth-grade level.
• Availability: Flexible availability to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Working at least one day on the weekend is required.
• Adaptability: Ability to remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures during emergencies.

Physical requirements

• Lifting: Ability to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 lbs.
• Environment: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with temperatures ranging from -10F to 100F.
• Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, and move around vehicles for extended periods of time.
• Exposure: Ability to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
