IT Specialist

As an IT Technician, you will be monitoring, maintaining and upgrading the computer systems and networks, diagnosing hardware and software faults. The IT Technician will oversee the smooth running of computer systems and programs whilst ensuring users get maximum benefits from them.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Provide IT support to our Admin & Operations team.
• Assist with computer, phone, and desk set up for new hires, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
• Answer inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems.
• Order replacement hardware or new software needed for operations.
• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
• Oversee the daily performance of computer systems and networks.
• Assist with office equipment maintenance.
• Report office equipment deficiencies or needs for repairs.
• Assist with office relocation or office additions, such as building furniture, developing office floor plans, and setting up electronic components.
• Setting up new users accounts, profiles and dealing with password issues.
• Implement the rollout of new applications or updates.
• Testing and evaluating new technology for use.
• Managing server network and ensuring consistent uptime.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
