The Larson Group Peterbilt , is looking for an experienced Leasing Administrator  to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of the Leasing Administrator is to perform a variety of secretarial duties for TLG Leasing, Inc. This position will take and / or transcribe dictation of a complex and confidential nature. Assists with designated administrative details using initiative and judgement.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintains customer and unit contract files
  • Assists with maintaining insurance
  • Maintains customer information for TLG systems.
  • Coordinates sales with other TLG personnel and outside parties.
  • Prepares letters and reports
  • Assist Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable employees in their duties.
  • Process Accounts Receivable deposits.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

    • Qualifications :

  • High School diploma is required.
  • Experience in a general business environment is preferred.
  • College degree in business is preferred but not required.
