Minnesota Licensed Collections Representative

A company is looking for an Associate Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Receives and resolves calls from patients, insurance companies, attorneys, and departments within a call center setting

Coordinates the resolution of unpaid accounts and processes payments

Documents collection activities and collaborates with patients to create payment arrangements

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED

Must be 18 years of age or older

1+ years of healthcare customer experience

Ability to work Monday - Friday during specified business hours

Equipment pick up required on day one for local residents; shipping for remote workers
