A company is looking for a Staff Employee Relations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with managers and generalists on complex employee performance issues
Conduct investigations, analyze facts, and prepare reports in compliance with policies
Manage relationships with European Works Councils and Employee Representative Bodies
Required Qualifications
Extensive Employee Relations experience across multiple European countries
Proven ability to advise and coach managers on complex employee issues
Direct experience in conducting corporate investigations
Experience with Works Councils / Employee Representative Boards in Europe
Bachelor's degree required; law or graduate degree in labor relations preferred
