Sunstates Security is currently hiring a Full-Time Lead Security Officer in theTroutdale, OR area. We have 2nd shift available! This position offers a pay rate of $25.85 / hr - paid weekly .

General Requirements :

• 2 - 3 years of security, military, or law enforcement experience, including 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Must have DPSST Private Security License.
• Have reliable means of transportation and communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance.
• Must always be accessible for phone communication.
• Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility.
• Read and understand written instruction and communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form.
• Exceptional Report Writing Skills.
• Willing and able to work holidays, weekends, and in all weather conditions.
• Able to work independently.
• Clean background and drug screen.
• Must be available for short notice work.
• Must be over 21 and able to be driver certified.

A Security Lead may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Lead must read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
