HiFyve is hiring a Process Engineer from the Food & Beverage industry in St. Paul, MN!

Pay : $100,000–$135,000 / year + 10% bonus (based on experience)

Shift : Monday–Friday, Day Shift

Full Benefits Package + Relocation Assistance

Key Responsibilities :

  • Optimize and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, output, and safety
  • Troubleshoot plant issues and implement long-term corrective solutions
  • Analyze plant performance data and provide actionable recommendations
  • Participate in capital projects from concept through implementation
  • Perform cost / benefit analyses on process design alternatives
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and process specifications
  • Interface with vendors and support equipment commissioning and testing
  • Support environmental compliance and plant safety initiatives

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (required)
  • 3+ years of experience in a food, beverage, or pharmaceutical / Rx facility
  • Aseptic or Tetra Pak experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with AutoCAD and capital project management
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, USDA, and OSHA requirements
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
