Job Title: School Nurse

Rate: $70/hr

Schedule:

• Start Date: September 2, 2025

• End Date: May 29, 2026

• Days per Week: 3 (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays)

• Hours per Day: 6.5 hours

• Weekly Total: 19.5 hours

Assignment Type: School-Based Contract
Caseload Details:

• 1 student, 8 years old

• Medically fragile, nonverbal, and non-ambulatory

• Requires ventilator support at all times

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to the student’s home each morning

• Ride the bus to and from school with the student

• Provide direct 1:1 nursing care during the school day

• Monitor and manage ventilator and medical needs

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California

• Experience with ventilator-dependent patients preferred

• Previous experience with pediatric or school-based nursing is a plus

• Reliable transportation is required
